Our renovated meeting and banquet space boasts a sleek and contemporary look that provides the ideal setting for every event. Your largest functions can be accommodated in our 10,125 square foot Grand Ballroom. Confer with your closest associates in one of our private boardrooms. Organize the year’s most popular trade show at the adjacent Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. Regardless of the function, our exceptional staff, state-of-the-art equipment and well-appointed venues will lay the foundation for a successful event.

To ensure your event at Hyatt Regency Buffalo meets your standards, all of our meeting spaces and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity

Mezzanine Level

Grand Ballroom
True to its name, the Grand Ballroom boasts 10,125 square feet of sleek, modern elegance. Utilize the entire room or one of the six sections. A room this size commands the right accoutrements, including a back door for unobtrusive service, a freight elevator to deliver your meeting equipment, and generous pre-function space for receptions, registration or to greet guests.  Entertain a seated banquet for 900 or a reception for 1,500.  Display your exhibits, set staging and projection screens for your presentation, or waltz across a 30x30 dance floor.  The possibilities are limited only by your imagination and needs.

Regency Ballroom
Featuring 3,000 square feet of modern, versatile meeting space, the Regency Ballroom also offers the flexibility of dividing into three equal sections. Ideal for your general session or breakouts, this junior ballroom is also the perfect setting for a seated banquet up to 210 people. Located directly across from our Grand Ballroom, the Regency Ballroom can also serve as a reception area for a larger event. 

If your next convention requires that you have a dedicated staff room or office, look no further for the ideal space. The Niagara Room, located next to the Regency Ballroom and across from the Grand Ballroom, perfectly compliments our primary convention space.  This 580 square foot room can also accommodate a small meeting for 20 people conference style, or a reception for up to 50 people.
Second Floor
Delaware Suites
The three salons of Delaware can be combined into one room, measuring a total of 1,700 square feet. It also features a back corridor for inconspicuous service of food, beverages and meeting equipment. Acquaint 58 sales representatives with your new marketing plan in Delaware’s classroom arrangement. Kick off your sales meeting with 130 account representatives in a theatre-style setting.

Boardroom / Executive
For events and meetings that require privacy, choose the Boardroom or Executive Boardroom. The Boardroom, 540 square feet, seats 20 and features contemporary décor. Allow us to cater your lunch inside the room during your board of directors meeting. The Executive Room is 390 square feet, ideal for smaller boardroom meetings.

Ellicott / Franklin
Ellicott and Franklin are marked by unique configurations, and are 720 and 375 square feet respectively. Set up a hollow-squared forum for 23 in Ellicott. Arrange a u-shaped brainstorming session for 12 in Franklin.
